Over time, through meditation, breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing and modern sleep and behavioural science, I became increasingly interested in a question that productivity culture rarely asks: What happens when the system responsible for sustaining performance never gets a genuine opportunity to recover? Today, I work at the intersection of sleep, nervous system regulation, recovery and performance. As a Sleep & Recovery Strategist, I work with high-responsibility professionals, founders and leaders who may still be functioning well externally, while internally carrying a level of activation that affects sleep, energy, focus and recovery.
